Potential Insurance Discounts

• Your insurance agent may request a wind mitigation report that may save you money on your homeowners policy.  Here's a copy of the latest report:

• If you have replaced all your windows and sliding glass door with impact rated windows and doors you may be entitled to additional insurance discounts.  Contact Building Committee Chairperson for details.

• Since we have completed the Fire Alarm and Monitoring system installation on the building, you may now be eligible for a discount on your property insurance.  Please check with your insurance agent.

• Below are copies of the letters that your agent will need, from Griner Engineering stating that the system meets NFPA 72, a copy of the system monitoring contract with Critical Sytem Solutions, and a Certificate of Completion:
