Information for Buyers and Sellers Regarding Paying Monthly Assessments.

Use this ACH form to start or terminate ACH payments as described in item 1A below.  To start the ACH withdrawls, complete the "Direct Debit Start" date (mm/yyyy).  To terminate ACH withdrawls, provide the "Direct Debit .. /Stop Date" (mm/yyyy).  

There are four ways to pay your monthly assessments:

1)      Harbour Hill’s preferred methods

A.      Use an ACH form to authorize our bank to withdraw the monthly amount directly from your bank account and remit it to Associa Gulf Coast, our financial agent. This method assures that your amount is paid on time, thereby avoiding late payment fines and interest. Any change to the monthly payment amounts will automatically be made by Associa.

B.      You can also pay by credit card. This process requires you to set up an on-line account with Associa and select their credit card payment option. There will be a fee to you for this option. The same benefits apply as shown under the ACH process above.

2)      Pay using an automatic on-line check from your bank. This method requires that you include on your check the account number shown on the payment voucher provided to you by Associa. If this number is not used, Harbour Hill incurs a processing fee. We also incur a fee to generate the payment vouchers.

3)      Pay through the mail using your own check and the payment voucher. This method may cause you to be charged late payment fines and interest if, for any reason, your check is not received on time. Also, Harbour Hill incurs a fee for the vouchers.

When you sell your apartment, it is important that you contact the treasurer to determine whether you need to file an ACH form to terminate your auto withdrawal.
